Mary L. Cottingham

Mary L. Cottingham is a Technical Manager for Data Management within Ramboll’s Innovation and Digital Transformation (IDT) team in the Environment & Health practice. She has over three decades of experience designing, implementing, and governing enterprise data systems that support environmental and human health programs.

Within Ramboll, Mary provides technical leadership for EQuIS‑based data environments, guiding system architecture, configuration, security, and data governance across complex, multi‑project portfolios. She works closely with project teams, digital leadership, and IT partners to establish scalable data standards and workflows that support regulatory reporting, data quality, and long‑term environmental data stewardship. Mary holds a BS in Computer Science from Lehigh University.
