Beth Pekala has 20 years of experience in environmental consulting, specializing in due diligence reviews for a variety of industries. She has also provided compliance assistance to industrial clients, including preparing stormwater pollution prevention and hazardous materials business plans, providing aquifer protection plan closure assistance, and conducting corporate environmental file and Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Plan (SPCC) compliance reviews. Beth has designed and conducted Phase II environmental site assessments for soil, soil gas and groundwater contamination. She is a registered professional engineer in Arizona and California.
