Elina Nissinen

Elina Nissinen works as a project manager and designer in detailed plan and master plan projects. Current and previous projects include wind power, industrial, commercial and residential planning. Nissinen has also worked on several projects as a GIS specialist, and as a land use and zoning specialist in environmental impact assessments (EIA). Nissinen graduated from University of Oulu in 2019 (M.Sc, geography) and has worked as a GIS specialist, project coordinator and land use specialist before Ramboll.
