Yoshimori Sato

Yoshi has over 20 years of experience in the chemical safety and regulatory consultancy industry. Throughout his career, he has held various positions in regulatory customer service for global chemical regulations.

Since 2006, Yoshi has been providing professional advice in the field of product compliance, including arranging and monitoring of safety evaluation tests as part of international approvals.  He possesses in-depth knowledge of various chemical regulations, including CSCL and ISHL (Japan), EU REACH, UK REACH, GHS, EU BPR, US TSCA, NSN (Canada), KKDIK (Turkey), K-REACH (South Korea), PMPIN (Philippines), TCSCA (Taiwan), and CMSR (India). 

In 2024, Yoshi  joined Ramboll Japan, where he provides guidance to  local and global clients on all aspects of the Japanese regulatory landscape. This includes regulatory assessment for chemicals and consumer products to identify obligations under chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, fertiliser and workplace regulations. Additionally, he supports due diligence, GHG and ESG projects locally.
