Andrew McVey

Andrew McVey has over 20 years’ experience in environmental risk assessment and management in due diligence and ground contamination, particularly in the property sector. He has managed and directed numerous due diligence and ground contamination assessments, including ground investigations, technical risk assessments and site remediation in the UK and other jurisdictions. Andrew has advised numerous investors and lenders in respect of environmental risks and management and worked across a diversity of commercial, business, legal and public sector interests. He has also participated in the negotiation and implementation of environmental investigation, remediation and cost apportionment clauses in legal agreements. He holds an MSc in Environmental Management from the University of Surrey and a BSc in Environmental Science from the University of East Anglia.
