Randall Martel
Randy Martel has more than 12 years of experience in environmental engineering, with special emphasis on environmental investigation and remediation, subsurface chemical fate and transport and exposure analysis. He has provided technical support for litigation matters involving cost allocation and cost recovery, exposure analysis and human health risk assessment, as well as historical standard of care within various industries. Randy’s work has included the evaluation of potential impacts of vapor intrusion of volatile chemicals to indoor air at historical, existing and potential future residential and industrial/commercial properties, within the contexts of environmental investigation and remediation, as well as litigation support, exposure analysis and dose reconstruction. Randy has directed environmental investigation and remediation projects for several state hazardous waste and voluntary cleanup programs, including those in Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas. He also has developed and/or evaluated remediation cost estimates for over 200 residential, commercial and industrial properties.
