Sarah Manzano has over a decade of experience consulting with clients on issues related to air quality and human health risk assessment. She has expertise with air assessments for new development entitlements, air permitting and compliance, air dispersion modeling, emission estimation and controls, GHG assessments, and risk assessment. She has extensive experience in California’s Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) assessments for new developments and finding solutions to complex permitting issues. Sarah works closely with industry representatives, developers, regulators and stakeholders to develop innovative and effective solutions to complex environmental problems. She earned a BS in civil and environmental engineering from University of California, Berkeley, and MS in civil and environmental engineering from Stanford University.
