You should have a strong hold on technical drawings with good understanding of AutoCAD - 2D & 3D, AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit. You should be well versed in software like Adobe Suite, Google Sketch up and GIS tools(basic).

You will be responsible for providing design solutions and basic drafting support to technically challenging projects. You would create 2D drawings and 3D models and shall be responsible for the technical quality of your own work and would focus on compliance with project objectives and quality standards. You will join our REC department

As our new Landscape Architect, you will be part of a world class, innovation driven engineering design center owned by an independent trust and its employees. REC is a highly sophisticated center of engineering excellence and based in our India head office in Gurgaon. Working in partnership with all our established offices globally, the Ramboll Engineering Centre (REC) is a center for excellence in design by offering optimized solutions to the rest of the organization

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Providing design solutions based on your knowledge of landscape design parameters, technical drawings details and site planning principles.
• Demonstrate good communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently and professionally with a diverse range of people.
• Willingness to learn new software and techniques.
• Focusing on Delivering quality submission on set timelines.
• Work collectively within a team environment.
• Demonstrate keen interest in exploring new commands and invest time in development of new tools.
• Demonstrate your skills as expert in analyzing and learning new techniques and implementing them in your projects.
• Should be able to perform quality check with sharp reviewing skills.

• Bachelor in architecture with a Master degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputed institute.
• Experience required 4 to 6 Years.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD as well as various visualization and design tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience of applying current international design standards, guidance and good working practice in the design of external spaces;
• Experience in the production of landscape information for infrastructure and development projects, ranging from site audit/concept design and feasibility studies, production of detailed information for tender and construction including hard and soft landscape General Arrangement plans, construction detailing, planting schedules and specifications.
• Strong ability to take on and solve technical challenges within design and engineering projects.
• Should have good knowledge of preparing drawings in accordance with internationally recognized standard formats.
• Experience from early project phases such as feasibility studies and analyses is considered a merit.
• In addition to technical / functional acumen, he should have good communication skills and should be able to present their work.
• Should be a good team member and should coordinate with other team members and the project manager for timely delivery of project.
• Professional English language skills (written and verbal).
• Strong social and interpersonal skills are important; experience from working in Europe and in European projects is preferred.
