Ms. Phillips has more than 20 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, and chemical manufacturing operations with a focus on specialty chemicals. She specializes in US TSCA compliance, EU REACH registrations, global assignment of Harmonized Tariff Codes for chemicals, and a broad range of product stewardship activities including Safety Data Sheet authoring, hazardous materials management, and regulatory acquisition due diligence. She also has extensive operational leadership experience in process management, CAPEX project implementation, and EH&S program oversight. This unique combination of regulatory and manufacturing expertise enables her to deliver practical, business-aligned solutions to clients.
