Ramboll is a supplier of cost-efficient towers and masts. Based on almost 60 years of experience, we optimise structures according to national codes and our own high standards.

We make sure the towers meet every aspect of our customer’s specific needs, including antenna and cable loading, the restriction of rotations, safe access, corrosion protection, national safety requirements.

Masts and towers

We deliver both standard and tailor-made masts and towers. Tailor-made towers are the most cost effective when a high number of towers are needed or the loading of the structure is severe. Standard towers are the optimum choice when only a few towers are needed.

The strongest steel

Ramboll has a network of reliable steel manufacturers in many countries – all fulfilling our strict quality requirements. The towers are manufactured according to EN 1090 by highly skilled craftsmen and certified welders. All steel parts are hot dip galvanised to provide optimum corrosion protection. Stainless steel is used for small bolts, U-bolts and special small parts.

Primary function – antennas

The primary function of the towers is of course to carry antennas and their feeders and cables. We pay special attention to the mounting possibilities for antennas and the feeders and cables on the cable ladder. The cable ladder is typically designed as an integrated part of the climbing ladder. It is often possible to fix antennas directly onto tower legs using standard antenna fixing kits – with minimum visual impact. The antennas can also be mounted with space diversity.
