Security standard: DS484

Ramboll’s focus on security is particularly strong. We handle and store data in compliance with DS484-based security requirements and we prepare and maintain complete documentation of the IT environments’ security conditions and levels.

Enterprise architecture

Many companies use business applications, portals and the like. Often, these are developed by several different suppliers, so it is important that the platform underlying these solutions is based on an open architecture and open standards. An enterprise architecture ensures that future solutions are versatile and easy to integrate.

Development standard – MSF

Ramboll adopts standardised and recognised methods for development and maintenance. We use Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF) as our development methodology and for the development process.

Operations standard – ITIL

Stable, flexible and proactive facility management is essential for a central platform. Our experienced developers and certified facility management centres ensure that the agreed service goals will be met and that the system is continually upgraded with the latest functionality.

To give an example, Ramboll has been one of the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group’s main facility management suppliers for more than ten years. Our facility management organisation concentrates on running highly critical facility management solutions.
