Our questioning attitudes help us to understand the central concerns of our client and the design team. Their objectives inform our work. Each design is developed from first principles, quickly establishing the logic for the building form or structure and the way this relates to servicing concepts and energy use. We evaluate all our designs from the contractor’s point of view and look for ways in which risk can be minimized. We have a consistent approach to quality. This means that we are as interested in getting small details right as we are in developing the optimum overall concept and choosing the right contractor. Our aim is to meet all of the client’s objectives with regard to value, performance and programme.
