Leadership development in the Ministry of Employment

Ramboll Management Consulting currently helps the Ministry of Employment in a major leadership development process involving numerous training and coaching sessions over the years. The aims of the project are many: A more appreciative culture, clarity in goals and roles, high-performing teams, leaders who coach, and a lowered sickness related absence. So far the numbers on employee satisfaction are up.

Cost-benefit analysis of family programmes

For the Danish Ministry of Social Affairs, Ramboll conducted a Cost-Benefit Analysis of disadvantaged family programmes aimed at preventing children from being placed in foster-care. The analysis documented social and economic costs and gains for society and municipal finances by prevention measures concluding which programmes contributed the most in terms of better health, lower crime, higher education, employment, and life-long income.
