Welfare and Social Policy

Public finances for funding welfare and social services are under strong pressure, while demographic changes and citizens’ demand of high quality services increase the problem. This calls for more efficient models for delivering welfare services. We assist authorities in setting strategic direction, designing result-based steering models, advising on policy initiatives, and evaluating policy programmes.
