Speed of construction is one advantage — this project has a 134 week programme. The prefabricated cross-laminated panels are assembled quickly on site, making it possible to achieve watertight buildings within a f ...

Reinforced masonry piers provide sufficient stability to allow some classroom walls to ...

Aberdeen Gateway

The potential environmental impact of the Aberdeen Gateway business park development, located just south of the city, was a critical enough issue to have affected the granting of planning permission. We undertook a thorough environmental impact assessment of the proposed scheme. Our consultants demonstrated that the strategy would reduce carbon emissions associated with bringing fill material to the site from 4 tonnes to 3.1 tonnes.
