New Chief Geographical Officer appointed at RambollKnut Akselvoll, 47, will join Ramboll as member of the Group Executive Board 1 April 2010 with responsibility for the geographical dimension of the organisation. In this position Knut Akselvoll will be heading the further development of all country business units.Prior to his new position with Ramboll, Knut was a partner at McKinsey for many years and lately held the position as partner at Boston Consulting Group. He holds an education within mechanical engineering from universities in Norway and USA, and carries a Ph.D. from Stanford University within mechanical engineering and thermodynamics. He has lived and worked in Norway, USA, UK, Sweden and Denmark.
