Susanne Bjerre Mortensen
Ramboll has found a new, talented HR Director in Susanne Bjerre Mortensen, who comes from a position as head of Accenture's Nordic operational organisation. Susanne Bjerre Mortensen has extensive senior competences within HR and also other support services such as procurement, marketing and IT both in Denmark and internationally, recently as Regional HR Director in the Middle East and North Africa. She brings with her extensive experience in developing a business relevant HR strategy and a strong focus on leadership talents, diversity and organisational growth and in placing HR as a fundamental part of the business strategy.
In her new position as Senior Group Director for HR, Susanne Bjerre Mortensen will be responsible for moving HR even closer to the business and ensuring that Ramboll has the necessary expertise both now and in the future, as well as a culture that supports the company’s development.
During recent years, Ramboll has grown from a mainly Nordic consultancy to become an international company of over 13,000 employees from 80 different nationalities in 35 countries. The core of the company’s new strategy is to create closer and more strategic partnerships with clients, offering them the best expertise from the entire global organisation, and HR plays a decisive role in this process.

Susanne Bjerre Mortensen has a Master of Political Science from Aarhus University, as well as supplementary courses from INSEAD. She takes up her position as Senior Senior Group Director for HR on December 1, 2017.
