Driven and proactive student assistant for Ramboll Support Organisation Leadership Team

Job Description

Do you want to work in a job where you will have direct insight into top management and strategic decisions as well as supporting our work with organisational development, strategic change management and portfolio management? Then join our management team as student worker acting as part time management and change assistant.

You will work together with the Ramboll Support Organisation’s leadership team, which is a newly established cross-functional team that leads our support operations for the entire Ramboll Group (IT, HR, Finance etc).

Job description
As our student worker you will contribute to our team’s work by supporting a variety of different tasks, which could include:

  • Contribute within relevant tasks to overall organisation development and strategy, directly working with Leadership team
  • Manage and drive engagement of our internal social/collaboration platforms
  • Communication tasks such as writing short articles and making presentations
  • Work with the coordination of preparing for a new intranet
  • Consolidate stakeholder survey results and suggest relevant actions
  • Support the establishing of process KPI’s, including analysing data sources for creating a baseline
  • Project administration tasks: including follow up on budgets and project progress with project manager and finance controller

We are looking for someone who can work approximately 20 hours per week.


Your profile
Ideally you are in the 4th or 5th year of your education in the area of Business Strategy or Organisational Development. Our ideal candidate is quick to understand new and complex situations, communicates effectively and approaches tasks or problems in a structured, creative and collaborative manner. You are able to work independently and meet deadlines, and have a proactive mindset that drives you to engage and cooperate with your team to support them.

As a person you are an outgoing self-starter with the ability to work on different topics simultaneously, you enjoy working in fast-paced environment and have a sense of urgency.

Strong communicative skills in English, both verbal and written, are a requirement for this position. We are looking for someone with a flair for written and visual communication. Experience or interest in working with online knowledge sharing tools like Sharepoint and Yammer is a plus.
