E-learning plays a central role and we are therefore looking for a specialist, who can help us become excellent in creating and utilizing e-learning.
Your responsibilities as E-learning specialist
As the e-learning specialist you will be responsible for the pedagogical and didactic perspective in e-learning productions. You will lead the training initiatives through the design, development, coordination and implementation of learning productions. This includes internal training, specialist training and knowledge sharing.
In order to create and deliver effective e-learning solutions and meet the needs in the organisation you will be working closely together with Subject Matter Experts.
As e-learning specialist in Ramboll Denmark you will be:
- Designing and creating engaging e-learning
- Supporting and facilitating the production and use of knowledge sharing
- Keeping yourself informed about new developments within methods and tools for e-learning
- Maintaining and communicating the framework and guidelines for e-learning
At the moment we are in the process of producing a common framework for e-learning and knowledgesharing in Ramboll Denmark together with the implementation of a joint LMS across the global Ramboll organisation. You will have a key role in both build-up and implementation of the system.
You and your competencies
To succeed in this position you must be able to build commitment and motivation for knowledge sharing and e-learning across the organisation. It is therefore important that you in your role as e-learning specialist acts extrovertly, operates self-managing, proactively identifies new and relevant projects and develops your area of expertise.
As you will be in a very outgoing role with a large surface of contact, it is important that you thrive in close collaboration with others, where your interpersonal and listening skills are important assets.
We imagine the right candidate:
- Possesses 3+ years of professional experience in producing e-learning
- Has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within education, training or a closely related field
- Is knowledgeable about and have experience with adult learning theory
- Has the potential to work as Project Manager
- Communicates, presents and facilitates outstandingly in both Danish and English
Join the Integrated Business Technology (IBT) department
As e-learning specialist you will be a part of the department Integrated Business Technology (IBT).
The vision for IBT is to create value for Ramboll through technologies.
Besides developing the business through the use of new and existing technology, IBT has a strong focus on communication, knowledge sharing and change management to create value and connection between technology and the users.
IBT has around 30 employees and close contact to the entire Ramboll organisation. This includes technical platforms like SharePoint, CAD, GIS and other systems that support the daily work of Ramboll employees.
