We are looking for a recruiter to located in our headquarter in Oslo. The role will be serving all offices of Rambøll in Norway. In 2017 we recruited almost 200 employees, and with Rambølls strategy of growth, recruiting is a key enabler.
The role as recruiter
You will work with all our divisions/markets and serve managers in their recruiting processes. The role is hands on, and will be an advisor in starting a recruitment process, how to attract candidates, source and assess candidates, interviews, perform testing and evaluation and reference checking.
- Super user for the recruitment module in our ATS system Workday. Support and help managers into use of the system.
- Support manager from A-Z in the recruitment process, including:
a.Develop job descriptions and ads together with the hiring managers
b.Assist screening of candidates and interviews
- Cooperation with the HR Business Partners in Norway
Who are you
You like people and business, and like the idea of combining the two for the best of Rambøll.
You have started your career within recruitment or HR and are keen to develop into a trusted recruitment partner in-house for a company in growth. We will support that development and both train and coach you as you support the organization.
Other key qualifications:
- Bachelor or master in HR or business
- 1-3 years of experience as a recruiter or sourcer for a technical / engineering company
- Certified in CES/SHL test battery is an advantage
- Proactive and service minded
- Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English
