Our obligation to act
In Ramboll, we believe in a business behaviour based on trust, integrity, and professionalism. We also believe in promoting sustainable development and good corporate citizenship. Therefore, Ramboll commits to the UN Global Compact and embraces the ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labour rights, the environment, and business integrity.
We trust that our customers and business partners share our ambition to act as a responsible company in a global community which complies with universally recognised ethical principles for business behaviour. We believe that our customers and business partners on projects acknowledge that we may inform them, if in connection with our professional activities, we identify matters or come across information that we find unacceptable.
We intend to treat such matters or information carefully and professionally - and through an open and constructive dialogue - encourage our customers and business partners to find sustainable solutions to these ethical dilemmas.
Ramboll’s commitment to demonstrate a responsible business behaviour is based on our values, our Code of Conduct, and the UN Global Compact Principles. The obligation to act when unacceptable business behaviour is identified applies to all employees in Ramboll, independently of position or seniority.
