The Foundation Board
The Ramboll Foundation is currently headed by a board of twelve members. Eight of these members are elected by the Foundation and four by the employees according to legislation.The Board members elected by the Foundation are preferably present and former managers of the companies in which the Foundation has direct or indirect financial interest. The management of the Foundation is headed by a Chairman and a Deputy Chairman.
